  We dealt with TeeKay to try and sell our house. He is dishonest, pushy and persistent.
  
  We signed a contract to sell our at house at a certain price with no marketing fees payable. However, he pursued us for a fee even when he was not successful.
  When we refused to pay and showed him our agreement, he lied and continued to send us letters of demand despite having no case. Then threats of degrading our credit rating started coming in.
  STAY AWAY FROM this person!
  
  We were fooled because he was friendly and thought his persistence would get our property sold. However, we ended up being harassed instead and now going through the Ombudsman so we can clear our credit rating.

  I cannot describe in a google review how terrible the service was we had with Coronis with our first investment property, I only wish you could put 0 stars in a google review, as that is all they deserve. Besides the fact that no one ever returned calls or communicated effectively with us, they never passed on information from tenants, there was never any initial entry condition report done, or exit condition report, their fees are ridiculously high and if you do your homework (which I highly recommend) they are not even registered with REIQ (which means if a real estate company does something negligent and they are registered with REIQ, they can be fined). Our house luckily wasn't trashed. The tenants were also were less than impressed with Coronis' service towards them. I would NOT recommend Coronis to anyone, please do your homework first before choosing a real estate with your investment. Every time I drive past the billboard near McDonalds saying 'Coronis loves Forest Lake' I feel like vomiting. I will never have anything to do with Coronis for as long as I live.
